Viewing Your Enrolments

The Enrolments tab displays your enrolments (e.g., the eHealth services you have been enrolled in).

Changing Your Preferences

The contact email address you provide will be used to contact you for your eHealth services.

To change your preferences:

  1. Click on the (change) link beside any preference. You can change your contact email address, your contact phone number, or your preferred language.
  2. Make the required changes.
  3. Click OK.
  4. A message is displayed, confirming that your preferences have been modified.

Changing Your Challenge Questions

The Challenge Questions tab displays both sets of your Challenge Questions:

You can change these questions at any time.

To Change Your Challenge Questions:

  1. On the Challenge Questions tab, click Change beside the challenge question you want to change.
  2. On the Change Challenge Question screen, select a new challenge question from the drop down list.
  3. Enter the answer to the question.
  4. Click OK.
  5. The message "You have successfully changed your challenge question(s)" will be displayed, and the new challenge question will be displayed on the Challenge Questions page.

Changing Your Password

Use the My Profile page to change your Password.

Your password must be changed at least once a year. You will receive reminders to change your password before it expires. The My Profile page displays the number of days until your password expires.

To Change Your Password: On your My Profile page, click the Change Password link.
