Use the My Profile page to manage your ONE® ID account, including:
- Changing your preferences
- Changing your password
- Changing your challenge questions
- Viewing the ONE® ID Acceptable Use Policy and Privacy Statement (click the links at the bottom of the page)
- Viewing your identity assurance level
- Viewing your identity documents
- Viewing your enrolments
- Viewing your password expiry period
As a security measure, you will be notified via email if your:
- Contact Information is updated
- Name - Legal and/or Preferred (including Login ID) is updated
- Challenge Phone Number(s) are updated
- Professional Designation is updated
- Password is changed
- Challenge Questions are updated
- Account is reinstated
Viewing Your Enrolments
The Enrolments tab displays your enrolments (e.g., the eHealth services you have been enrolled in).
Changing Your Preferences
The contact email address you provide will be used to contact you for your eHealth services.
To change your preferences:
- Click on the (change) link beside any preference. You can change your contact email address, your contact phone number, or your preferred language.
- Make the required changes.
- Click OK.
- A message is displayed, confirming that your preferences have been modified.
Changing Your Challenge Questions
The Challenge Questions tab displays both sets of your Challenge Questions:
- Online Questions (used to validate your identity online)
- Service Desk Questions (used to validate your identity by an eHealth Ontario Service Desk agent if you call in for assistance)
You can change these questions at any time.
To Change Your Challenge Questions:
- On the Challenge Questions tab, click Change beside the challenge question you want to change.
- On the Change Challenge Question screen, select a new challenge question from the drop down list.
- Enter the answer to the question.
- Click OK.
- The message "You have successfully changed your challenge question(s)" will be displayed, and the new challenge question will be displayed on the Challenge Questions page.
Changing Your Password
Use the My Profile page to change your Password.
Your password must be changed at least once a year. You will receive reminders to change your password before it expires. The My Profile page displays the number of days until your password expires.
To Change Your Password: On your My Profile page, click the Change Password link.
